Christmas in November 2023

I’m thrilled to be returning to “Christmas in November,” the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge’s signature food event (now in it’s 33rd year!)

I’ll be co-hosting a Beer and Charcuterie pairing session with my good friend Mark Kondrat, CEO of Alberta Beer Festivals. A crowd favourite, this fun and delicious class features some of our house-made cured meats from Meuwly’s paired up with some of Alberta’s top craft beers.

We’ll be joined by some of Canada’s top chefs and experts on wine, spirits, entertainment, and holiday decor.
