Introducing “Carne” at Epic

Earlier this month, we officially launched the new menu lineup at Epic Food & Drink (formerly JustCook Kitchens/5th Street Food Hall.)

The team at Epic has shifted their concept from a fast casual food hall to a multi-chef casual fine dining feel. 5 chefs (myself, Lindsay Porter, Oliver Butterworth, Winnie Chen, and Alex Edmondson,) an incredible cocktail menu, and a cool, comfortable atmosphere just a few steps from the downtown arena.

My concept, “Carne,” is a tapas-style assortment of shareables and charcuterie, including a few favourites from Meuwly’s. Think Smoked Duck Breast, Cured Salmon, Warm Olives, and more! 

A smaller menu has launched at Epic Downtown, with a larger menu running out of a full dedicated kitchen once the Station Park location opens just off Whyte Ave later this year.
